Execution of all notarial acts provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Notarial System” for private notaries, including: notarisation of documents (agreements, testaments, powers of attorney, covenants of marriage, etc.), restraint on alienation of residential buildings, estates, apartments, cottages, country houses, garages, land plots, other immovable property, certification of authenticity of copies (photocopies) of documents and extracts from documents, certification of authenticity of signature on documents, including of the translator, certification of the correctness of document translation from Ukrainian into Russian, execution of declarations of individuals and legal entities for other individuals and legal entities, protestation of bills, etc.; consultations on testamentary issues.
