HVAC System
The Horizon Park business center is provided with a system of supply and extraction ventilation, comfort air cooling and air heating for the office space.
Air conditioning system
Climate control within the building is achieved by the system of chiller and fan coil units. Such type of air conditioning system includes an external unit: a chiller (cold producing machine), and internal units: fan coils (air conditioning room terminals).
There are mounted two cold producing machines — chillers made by the CLIVET company — in order to have cold supply in warm seasons. Air cooling within the building is performed by concealed fan coils located inside the space above the ceiling. Air is distributed over the rooms through ceiling diffusers.
Within interseasonal periods, the air conditioning system works as "a heat pump device" and provides additional heating for the inner space. In cold seasons, the system works as a heating system.

The features of this air conditioning system are flexibility, cost efficiency and capability to provide an individual control over the pre-set temperature of air in every room, independent from the other rooms, change working mode, and switch off certain units or groups of units (related to certain rooms).
Ventilation system
Outer air is supplied into the office space with air supply units, where the outer air is filtered, preheated at water heating modules in cold seasons, cooled in warm seasons, and delivered through the system of air ducts and diffusers into the office space.
Outgoing air is removed from the office space with extraction fans via the system of air ducts and diffusers as well. Separate independent extraction systems are allocated to remove air from the toilets and other utility area.
